Connected Car Incident Manager | 100% Remote

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Connected Car Incident Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving major incidents involving connected vehicles and serving as the escalation point for our major incident managers. The team works on a set schedule 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


Assist service/component development teams in maintaining operational stability and continuous improvement. Monitor connected car-related incidents and manage workload in their respective queues.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You are a customer-oriented individual with a passion for stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate and be highly responsive, as well as the ability to perform well and stay focused under pressure.
A member of a group Self-motivated, adaptable, and creative; used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Your technical skills include: a background in application operations/support; a familiarity with troubleshooting and reading log files; and a familiarity with troubleshooting and reading log files.
Understanding Cloud Hosting Solutions at a Basic Level Basic database (Postgre SQL, mySQL, Cassandra) and messaging knowledge (MQ, Kafka).

Basic knowledge of Mobile Network Operations
Experience of IT operations, e.g. ITIL
