The Role
The Connected Experience Controller is a Finance Business Partner that will support the accelerated growth in Connected Appliances. The person in this role acts as a sounding board for his/her main stakeholders, to support the key decisions made within Global Digital Solutions. Hence, the person carrying this role shall provide financial and business advice on key business planning assumptions and opportunities, with a forward looking and proactive attitude that’s in touch with the industry, competitor, and economic context.


Key Responsibilities and Tasks
· To provide insights on where business value resides and where opportunities might exist for our IoT solutions
· This includes collecting financial and non-financial data across our 4 regions (“Business Areas”) in order to prepare a monthly performance dashboard, covering key topics such as Monthly Active Users, Apps consumer star ratings, development of the installed base, overall costs of the Connected Experience organization etc.
· The Connected Experience Controller will be in charge of all the financial cycles for her/his scope: monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and strategic plan
· The Connected Experience Controller will work on financial business cases to understand the potential behind investments into new business models
· She / He will track the consolidated costs of the global Digital Solutions organization, from softwares´ and hardwares´ perspectives, and across all geographies
· She / He will help with capturing the incremental revenue generated by the Apps and web shops, as well as the ROI of the connected infrastructure to support the aftermarket sales ambition
· This role covers all Consumer Experience Areas: Taste, Care and Wellbeing
