Mission Sentence
For our business area Europe, we are after a driven and engaged Connected Quality Experience Leader to contribute to the strategy for connected appliances to deliver outstanding consumer experiences in areas of taste, care and wellbeing.
The main aim for this role is to bring the voice-of-consumer into digital product roadmaps and to support the development and launch of new products incorporating outstanding consumer experiences that deliver on the overall business objectives. In this role you will have a wide exposure within the European and group organizations with many cross-functional contacts.


Tasks:
· Analyze in cooperation with product Quality Directors, CStaR and SCR data and draw conclusions from the analyses
· Influence Digital Products community in adapting more consumer centric approach in digital product development
· Develop and deploy action plans for Apps and Digital products quality improvements in cooperation with representatives from different product lines
· Coordinate the efforts with x-functional teams to implement/operationalize the improvements drawn from data analyses
· Hold meaningful and useful meetings with different stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of action plans
· Shape the development projects by bringing in the input from voice-of-consumer
· Define the roadmap and strategy for digital products within quality function of BA Europe
· Establishing and sustaining strong cooperation with digital product managers

Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Technical or administrative engineering
· Min 2-3 years of experience in Quality project management field with international exposure
· Experience in advanced Quality data analysis is considered as a strong plus
· Project management skills, able to plan and focus on strategic priorities
· Able to travel 10% of working time
