This is how you could make an impact
In this role you will work cross-functionally with the brands, engineering, suppliers and customers to participate in the development of on- and off-board services i.e. new apps in nomadic devices, Volvo Connect, My Truck etc.
As early as possible you are an important speaking partner to engineering when it comes to translating targets to requirements in order to secure customer value. Together with the testing teams and the technical area team, you work on organizing the flow of testing needs, develop methods and analyze test results.
You contribute by:
Contributing to service and function roadmaps together with PPL, brand and product owners
Evaluating impact of new technologies for connectivity
Building verification & validation plans
Evaluating and performing competitor vehicle analysis
Understanding and defining customer applications (drive cycles, data analytics…)
Preparing and leading service reviews
Evaluating risks
Participating and leading customer clinics

Who are you?
You have a genuine interest for the complete vehicle as well as for our customers. You have an ability to establish and develop cross functional networks and relations with relevant engineering departments and stakeholders. You are familiar with functions and services development.


You have been working at least 7 years in automotive industry and have a good understanding of product development as well as verification and validation processes. You use logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective, creative and ingenious solutions.
