Construction & Commissioning Manager

HVDC is a business unit within ABB’s Power Grids division. The unit develops, manufactures and sells DC Converter stations and transmission systems on a global market. This HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. HVDC is also used to connect power systems. 
Your responsibilities
You will be manager of 10 to 15 people worldwide.
Reporting to Head of Construction & Commissioning.
Worldwide responsibility at Product Group Level.
Full End to End Responsibility in Contracting Civil and Installation Services.
Identifying Partners of choice and taking full ownership of the same.
Following Constructability assessments during tendering and Execution.
Defining adequate construction strategy in relation to schedule and budgets.
Building and managing a team of professionals in Civil and construction areas.

Your background
You have civil engineering degree and strong background in civil work.
Background as a site manager, civil supervisor, construction specialist, or Construction Operations Managers.
10-15 years management experience as well as installation experience of heavy equipment. 
Multi-national experience and very good English proficiency.
Ability to travel frequently.
Resilient and solid character with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to interact at any Senior level of management.
