Are you a fast mover who love to exceed expectations? The NOVO Energy team is growing fast, and we’re now looking for a Field Supervisor (Arbetsledare) in our MEP-team. In this role you will have a key position with ownership over onsite work activities, installations & executions!
We are building a state-of-the-art Gigafactory that will be one of the largest cell production facilities in Europe.

What you will do
In this position you will have a driven role in our construction organization in building the new Gigafactory. As Construction Field Supervisor you will have full ownership over onsite works activities, contractor’s coordination and timely execution within Electrical & Controls.
You will be responsible for the field installation works, management of the work fronts, on site material and equipment provisions, quality of installation, and a safe work environment. You will ensure that the execution develops according to design requirements and overall program plan while using most sustainable and efficient methods in construction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead on site installation supervision, in close collaboration with the Construction Management Team to address priorities, reviewing and commenting on construction schedules ensuring the most suitable solutions in terms of assembly sequences, safety, constructability, feasibility, etc
- Lead the effort of managing field installation by providing all the necessary requirements for contractors to keep a productive work environment. Including materials and/or equipment identified and assigned, clearing the work front for the upcoming task, and ensuring there is no obstacle that would delay the work from moving forward.
- Assisting the EPCM Team with tasks related to onsite activities, work sequencing, progress input for payments verification, schedule review and updates, change management issues arising from situations in the field.
- Lead, plan and coordinate the effort with contractor counterparts to ensure the orderly collection and management of written records of inspections, controls and test results for the purpose of approvals of installation completed systems.
- Facilitate the field inspections and punch-list reviews with Commissioning and/or Facilities teams.
- Ensuring that quality of works meets Company and industry standards, coordinate and supervise tests, making sure that controls and inspections are carried out in accordance with established schedules, including the necessary 3rd party inspections.
- Become a core of the EPCM team, supporting on developing the organization accordingly to Company mission and supporting hand in hand team members.
Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in large-scale construction projects with multidisciplinary complexity and experience on Swedish construction sites is meritorious
- Solid technical experience in construction site management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
