Construction Manager

For our client, we are looking for construction manager who can do the following:
Constructability review (e.g. lifting, scaffolding, fire guards, modular versus stick buikd, …)
Knowledge of dangerous conditions on plants.
Knowledge of HSE rules and regulations including local requirements.
Knowledge of TRA’s, LMRA’s, HSE plans, ergonomics
Comprehensive Onshore Construction and investment project Experience
Maintain the project specific HSE plans, with TRA’s for the main project activities and review of the Subcontractors HSE plans and TRA’s.
Progress meetings with the Contractor. .
Apporve lifting plans with Project team and/or Operations.
Attend the safety walks at Pre-commissioning, Hand-over and Commissioning and advise on safe operations.
