Job description
Turner & Townsend is looking for a Construction Manager in Luleå to coordinate and supervise the implementation and realisation of a real estate project.
Oversee the construction of the project up to its completion
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and evaluate extra costs when requested
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and required safety regulations
Coordinate the construction workers and subcontractors
Track physical progress, cross evaluating with cost and schedule plans
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Review the work progress on daily basis
Prepare periodic internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards

Qualifications
· +5 years of experience on construction management
· Fluency in Swedish and English
· Experience with fit out projects preferrable
· Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
· Knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
· Excellent time and project management skills
· BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
