Due to growth and that we are entering Finland we are now looking for a Construction Manager for the Nordics who is based in Stockholm.
Reporting to our Head of Store Expansion & Real Estate you will be responsible for the successful roll out of stores, construction and fit out of our stores.


THE ROLE


You will be tasked with ensuring a smooth and efficient roll out, construction and fit out of all our stores within the Nordics, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and soon Finland. You will provide measurable input to defining the direction of processes, that support in optimising results and allocating resources optimally.
SCOPE OF WORK
Survey new locations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland
Building new stores within budget
Manage external parties/suppliers
Planning shop openings
Share and align planning with internal and external parties
Responsible for handover of stores to retail and deliver a hand over report

REQUIREMENTS


Eligible 3-5 years in a project manager’s role, preferable in the fast-moving retail
Technical study background and experience in retail constructions, HBO level
Extensive project management experience. Have an understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with (new) contractors and partners, through all of the operational stages.
An inspirational operator who builds relationships and communicates well, across all departments with key stakeholders.
Strong and authentic communication and sales skills.
Flexibility in working arrangements and work-related travel within the Nordics. Approximately 2-3 travel days a week.
You are keen to be the ‘best in class’ within your profession.
You are pro-active and you enjoy creating meaningful moments for our customers.
