CONSTRUCTION PLANNER

Responsibilities :
You will be a part of the Operations team, where you will be working closely together with the other Construction Resource Planners and the Planning team to ensure optimal planning and utilization of Construction Site Resources.
Your key tasks will include but not be limited to, having the main responsibility to ensure that the daily and short-term planning tasks in the execution period of a project are up to date, and accordingly keep the manning plan updated for your designated project at all times.
You will in the execution phase be the point of contact for the demand planning of the projects.
Ensure daily/short term planning tasks are executed timely and with high quality
Responsible for the manning plan is updated daily
Stakeholder management: Aligning and coordinating planning tasks with other CSR departments
Ensure that internal Lessons learned are conducted and implemented in future projects
Being part of simplifying and streamlining the tools & processes used in the execution of the Offshore Projects
Help with project ad-hoc tasks and ensure they are solved quickly with high quality
Provide engineering expertise to construction execution discipline supervisors
Monitoring the progress, ensuring project plan is moving forward to meet the deadlines, foreseeing eventual impacts on the critical path
Collaborate with Construction Project Manager to oversee the resolution of complex issues.
Interact on regular basis with the contractors to ensure that the installation is in accordance with agreed schedule and meets the contractual obligations.

Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills :
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are also looking for candidates that can keep a bird’s eye view over an ever-changing and flexible team.
We expect you to have 2-5 years of experience of planning or project functioning, preferably in a large organization.
Experience with wind power, production, offshore, marine, construction or other industries would be an advantage.
You should have experience with working in planning programs, and as we use Planisware, then experience within this would be an advantage.
You will be taking over projects from other teams, so a flexible mindset and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new material is essential.
As you will be dealing with people from levels and departments you should have an outgoing personality and be great at communicating.
English is the working language so fluency in both written and spoken is a requirement for the position.
