Your place of work will be at our main office and hangar facility. This is located at Säve Airport in Gothenburg, Sweden. Relocation assistance can be provided. Role Overview

The Construction Project Manager reports to the Head of Program Management and has responsibility for overseeing the planning and delivery of the construction project of the company.

You will be able to:

Oversee all aspects of the building process.

Be the coordinator between Castellum and Heart during the construction project.

Develop plans, establish timetables, and cost estimation.

Liaise with internal areas to define the scope and construction subcontractors.

Negotiating with contractors and suppliers.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Manage the financial plan and consistently evaluate the project budget.

Manage and issue change orders to subcontractors.

Manage the procurement and installation of the equipment under Heart 's responsibility.

Reporting regularly on progress and possible deviations to the stakeholders.


Qualifications

-
Proven working experience in construction project management

-
Experience with contract and vendor management

-
Knowledge of Swedish construction industry standards, regulatory aspects, building codes, equipment and methods

Expertise with reading & understanding construction documents and specifications

-
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

Eagerness to work with others

The ideal candidate would have

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Ability to think creatively and to provide non-standard and innovative solutions
