EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Construction Support
Technical Project Engineering department consists of onshore Technical Project Managers providing technical support to the customers and the Project Managers in North Central Europe (NCE) during the Construction phase. The Construction Specialist CIM will act as a technical interface between Construction, Product Integrity, Service, and CIM departments regarding Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) cases ensuring that business-critical issues are addressed effectively at the right time
Responsibilities
Technical interface between Construction, Product Integrity, Service and CIM departments regarding Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) cases during the Construction phase
Identify business-critical CIM cases for Construction and define the scope of implementation
Set Construction wide priorities and ensure regular alignments with the Service counterparts
Work closely with CIM implementation managers and ensure continuous feedback to define the affected population in Construction as early as possible
Provide technical support to Construction projects related to CIM cases
Support Construction Project Managers in escalation meetings with interfaces outside the Construction department (e.g. Regional VPS, CIM, SDC and WTG Engineering)
Initiate design changes and improvements (CIM process)
Qualifications
Engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energies or related) combined with commercial insight/interest
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role or previous experience in the Wind Industry
Solid level of technical expertise coupled with a commercial insight into various engineering decisions
Fluent in business English both spoken and written
Good presentation and IT skills (MS Office), basic knowledge of SAP
Competencies
Multicultural & international mindset, ability to interact with different internal and external stakeholders at a different corporate level
Great communication and negotiation skills, customer orientated
Willingness to take ownership and lead to ensure progress on tasks
Ability to operate efficiently in a constantly moving environment

Additional information
Primary Location: Ge, Hamburg and SE, Malmo
You will be required to travel for up to 30 days per year
