Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for HR processes? We're seeking a highly motivated recruiting and onboarding junior administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in our company's growth by ensuring the seamless integration of new talent.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to identify needs and contract requirements.
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Assist in conducting background checks and verifying references.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing materials, information packages, and necessary paperwork.
- Guide new hires through orientation, ensuring they have the tools to succeed from day one.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal and other relevant systems.
- Assist in organizing our internal processes
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media for sourcing candidates.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR administration is a plus.
- Fully proficient in Swedish is also a big plus.

- Must be able to work during CEST work hours
