Detailed Job Description - Intune/SCCM Consultant

· Build/Capture/Update Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS images.
· Testing/Certifying new hardware models.
· Migrate Windows 10 to Windows 11 using Windows Autopilot.
· Windows Autopilot design, setup & deployment.
· Managing Windows 10 clients using Intune/Co-Management.
· Create custom PowerShell scripts for automation.
· Helping local IT technicians in Imaging issues.
· Configuring Power Management Rules for Green IT.
· Provide 3rd level support for the offshore team in OSD/Imaging issues.
· Driver package preparation and testing.
· Working with the customer on new technologies, to enhance the user experience on Windows.
