As our Consultant Acquisition Manager, you’ll drive strategies that ensure our consultant partnerships meet business needs seamlessly. Your mission will be:
Design and lead strategies for sourcing, onboarding, managing, and developing external consultants, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.
Drive the implementation and optimization of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to enhance operational efficiency.
Foster strong relationships across a matrixed environment, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Establish world-class processes while mentoring and empowering a high-performing team.
Deliver exceptional consultant experiences that reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence.
Ensure consultant acquisition strategies comply with organizational policies and industry standards.





Qualifications


We are looking for people with…
Rich experience leading teams in the consultant acquisition or procurement space.
Strong understanding of contingent workforce needs with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Deep knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ideally having led system implementation.
Strong project management skills, and a drive to solve complex problems.
High experience working in highly matrixed environments with large networks of stakeholders.
World-class people leadership skills and love developing others.
Strong dedication to creating an exceptional candidate experience.
Graduate or post graduate degree in any discipline.
