Swedvest AB is looking for a consultant to be assigned as CEO to one of Swedvest’s data centre clients in Stockholm. Applicants should be experienced at executive management in data centre business, and at supervising and controlling all strategic and business aspects of a company. Applicants must be prudent managers and leaders, as well as possess a strategic mindset with the capability to see the big picture and long-term perspectives.
The assignment is full time. You will be employed by Swedvest AB and hired to the client for the full duration of the assignment.
Responsibilities
· Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
· Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
· Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
· Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
· Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
· Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
· Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
· Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
· Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

Requirements
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, with honours or greater.
· MBA/MSC in strategy or finance is preferred.
Experience:
· 12+ years of experience as CEO or in other executive positions.
· 8+ years experience in IT industry, preferably data centres
Language skills:
· English and Swedish
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as CEO or in other executive positions, with a minimum of 8 years experience.
· Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
· Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
· Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
· In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
· An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills
· Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
· MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field

· Leadership skills: Must demonstrate the leadership necessary to make the organisation's mission a success. This includes providing vision direction, attracting followers, and all other aspects of successful leadership.
· Management skills: Responsible for creating a culture of learning to help enhance and grow the skills and abilities of employees. When significant players continue to learn and grow the organisation truly succeeds.
