About the position
As a consultant focusing on electrical safety and health & safety, you will work with implementing Safe Energy's concepts at the customer, assisting internally in the work with the Safe Energy knowledge network and working groups, as well as developing the business area.
The position involves work in all areas of the energy industry, but we are currently focusing offensively on renewables, especially offshore wind power, where you will have an important role.

Examples of tasks
Implement Safe Energy’s concepts at the customer. E.g., conduct safety audits, design safety management systems, and conduct trainings.
Customer assignments. E.g., conduct workshops, investigations, causal analyses, act as an advisor in electrical safety and HSE issues.
Assist in the work with the Safe Energy's knowledge network and working groups along with developing the business area.


Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who are a passionate doer who enjoys working both independently and in groups. You enjoy working in high-performing teams and are driven to make a real difference. You have an interest in people and behaviour, have the ability to build networks and are used to operating in an international business environment.

Your qualifications
You have at least a 3 years university studies in electrical, HSE, marine, engineering or similar.
You have worked as a consultant, project manager or electrical safety specialist.
You can work in teams as well as under your own responsibility.
You are used to holding workshops, also in an international environment.
You have good communication skills, in spoken and written English and Swedish.
You are an advanced user of MS Teams and MS Office.



It is an advantage if you
have worked in the wind, oil, shipping, or aerospace industries
have basic knowledge of German or French.


Location: Our office in Kungsbacka or Malmö. Alternative locations, and opportunities for work at a distance can be discussed.
