Consultant- General Manager

Minnovation is now looking for a General Manager for our business partner.
Worklocation: Sweden
Role Summary:
The position is an outplaced position to our customer, responsibility is to do the research for the local market, make the marketing strategy, develop the local Nordic market, and supply the right product.
Role and Responsibilities:
Track international macro-economic policies and major regulations and policies changes, and provide basic market analysis as part of the Company’s strategic planning process
Research key product features, strategies of marketing, investment, and operation strategies
Provide general management to the customer’s local operation
Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention
Drive the sales process through developing and maintaining key relationships
Continuously monitor the market situation and activities of competitors
Manage and develop existing revenue streams
Continuously hunt for new opportunities within defined client/sector
Work with customer’s sales team and share information with technical and delivery teams.
Work with the management team to define, develop and improve corporate positioning within the market

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
University bachelor’s degree or similar.
Minimum 10 years working experience in a management role.
Preferred working experiences from a global/international organization
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
