Academic Work is the largest Staffing and Recruitment Company for university students and young graduates in the Nordic countries. Our mission is to provide students with the possibility to gain work experience through out their studies and to help them find their first permanent job. We are around 200 people working in our offices in Sweden, Norway and Finland with an annual turnover of 60 million Euros. Academic Work is a young and dynamic company with a fast and steady growth. We are currently opening up our first office in Denmark as a step in our European expansion and we are therefore looking to hire a Consultant Manager. As one of our Consultant Managers, your work tasks will include recruitment, personnel management and client relations. You will be responsible for delivering on time staffing solutions to the assignments provided to you by our sales team. More in detail, you will: - Write and post job descriptions/ work adds - Interview and select candidates/consultants - Act as key contact to the consultants working for our different customers - Develop relations with existing clients We are looking for persons with a high energy level and positive mindset. We expect you to spread joy, to laugh and to smile! To be successful as a Consultant Manager it is also important that you feel comfortable working with client and sales relations. The ideal candidate will have: - University education with an emphasis on Human Resource Management or Work related Behavioural Sciences - A good command of spoken and written Danish and English - Previous experience in sales and client relations - A first experience in HR related work Characteristics we find important for this role are: - An outgoing personality comfortable with handling candidate as well as client relations - Positive - Well structured - Stress resistant - Leadership /Management skills - Genuine interest of the Staffing and Recruitment market - Most important is that you can contribute to a positive working environment with the goal to develop yourself, your clients and your candidates/consultants.
