Consultant Manager

Syntronic continues to grow and now we are looking for a Consultant Manager who will have responsibility over some of our fantastic consultants. Do you have a technical background with a desire of developing tomorrows solutions, and are driven by seeing others grow? Then you may be the one that we are looking for.
 
Job tasks and responsibilities
 
In this role as a Consultant Manager you will have personnel responsibility over engaged and highly technically skilled consultants. With responsibility over people management, recruiting, sales and customer projects you need to have excellent team workings and collaboration skills. Your role also includes building long-term relationships with our customers and selling our services. As a Consultant Manager you are important in our management team and report directly to the office manager in Gävle, where you also will be located.
 
Required Competencies
 
- Technical knowledge
-  Bachelor or Master or other equivalent experience from the technology industry
-  A few years of Leadership experience
- Good communication skills in English
 
Preferred Competencies
 
- Experience of product development
- Experience from working in a consulting environment
- Experience of close collaboration with customers in technically advanced business
 
Personal qualities
