As the leader of Nexer´s teams in HR Cloud, HR Application or Payroll, you will be an important part as you will help build the team. This role is a mix of a leadership role and a consulting role where you are constantly allowed to take your initiatives and help others move forward, while you develop into challenging assignments.
The role includes personal responsibility for an existing team, employment of consultants and recruitment. You are responsible for salary setting, budget, reporting and other relevant tasks linked to leadership. You will support the consultants in their mission and coach them in their development. In addition to your responsibility for the team, you will work with delivery in your client assignment as well as contributing to sales activities with our HR offering. It will vary over time but approximately up to 80-90% of the time will consist of consulting assignments.
A significant part of this role will be to keep the group together through, for example, joint working days, events, and competence meetings. The role also includes working with business development and customer relations.
