Kvalifikationer
- You have procurement experience (previous experience of procurement of consultant services is a big plus).
- You have good admin and negotiation skills.
- You have experience in Office365.
- You are excellent in English and Swedish, both in written and spoken.
- It would be beneficial if you have experience with business law.

Job Description
Consultant purchasing is an exciting and challenging work, you will have key position in the middle of making our client growth possible. You will work closely with internal customers and vendors to find the perfect result to make win-win for all parties involved. In your role you will make a difference to find the best deal possible in every consultant purchasing.

Main responsibilities include procure external expertise from our vendors, contract management, negotiations?and supporting Business tech organization in the purchasing process. Consultant procurement administration is a big part of your daily job, you work with different systems parallel, and you have a structured way of working.

In your role it is important to maintain several contacts on multiple levels, working with parallel assignments and expand your business skills and build long-term relationships.

Personal qualities
You work well in teams and individually, and accurate and discrete. You have great communication skills and are pedagogic, flexible and prestige less. You have good analytical skills and strong personal drive and motivation.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run to 2022-08-31, with possible extension.
