Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities ;
1. Pertaining to the JAVA Vulnerabilities and with the knowledge of SAFe/KANBAN - Define activity, Sequence activity, Estimate the duration of activity, Develop a schedule and assisting each VCC Team/Stakeholders to corroborate their working.
2. Negotiating current Team/Employees responsibilities, managing their times and achieving their commitment to the JAVA Vulnerabilities.
3. Minimize uncertainty, avoid any unwanted surprises, and involve Stakeholders as much as is reasonably possible and keeping client up-to-date.
4. Identify and evaluate potential risks before any activity begins.
5. With knowledge of SAFe and KANBAN keeping a track - what was done, who was involved, and what could be done better in the future.
6. Channelizing and motivating the Teams/Stakeholders to drive the initiatives going forward to remediate the JAVA Vulnerabilities.
7. Meetings at regular intervals to keep the working Teams and Stakeholders in cadence while establishing the shared vision and managing the documentation.
Requirements
1. Master degree in Computer Science
2. Total 10-15 years IT work experience as technical team lead /manager (minimum 5 years relevant experience)
3. ITIL and SAFe certified
4. Very good communication skills in English (and Swedish will be added advantage)
5. Vendor and customer handling skills
