How would your day look?

As a consultant at Nexer Insight, you focus on customer assignments and solving their data challenges. As most consultancy companies would say, there is no typical day since it depends on the project, but let’s try. We work agilely, having dailies with the team and working towards the project targets in scrum settings or according to Kanban. The work includes problem-solving, planning, architecting solutions, and guiding the customers. There should also be time to do some actual hands-on programming as well. You will also participate in Nexer Insight internal activities, such as team meetings, company meetings, and developing our deliveries. Furthermore, there will also be occasions for interviews with our next new addition to the team.

We are currently seeking a Consultant Unit Manager to lead our team. The role will initially be divided into 50% as a consultant manager and 50% as a consultant. As a CU manager, you will lead and develop our consulting team, estimating consultants utilization, participate in sales, recruit new talents, and contribute to the development of Nexer Insight as a company. As a consultant, you will work with assignments in one of our core areas - data platforms, advanced analytics or IoT. You must have some years of experience within at least one of our core areas. You will also lead the team working in these areas, ensure successful project delivery and provide guidance and support to team members.

We work in team deliveries with most of our customers, so you will not be placed alone, compared to other classic consultant companies. You will not be sent here to some location and will never see your colleagues again. You will always have a colleague to rely on! ✨ 

We are looking for someone who lives in Malmö and speaks Swedish and English fluently.
