Battery Management System
Nexer is looking for an engineer who is passionate about development in the field of electromobility and contributes to a better future. You will be part of our office located in Lindholmen. It is important to us at Nexer that you as an employee are offered good opportunities to develop in your work and as a person. About the role:
Here you will work within electromobility and this includes the entire automotive segment. This means that the role will involve working in both light and heavy-duty applications
Your duties will involve:
• Together with your team, you are responsible to set requirements, proposing, investigate and agree on a solution.
• Both implement and follow up solutions for sourced software within the BMS diagnostics domain
• Responsible to lead software documentation updates together with System Design Engineers
• Develop and set the requirements for a diagnostic system with the purpose to determine the condition of the components in the system
• Make sure that the in-house Software releases are in line with the supplier's software release plan
Requirements:
• Master of Science in control systems, mechatronics, electrical engineering, signal processing, or engineering physics. Or proof of equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years of experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in Lithium-ion batteries and battery state estimation and control algorithms
• A broad experience in embedded software development
• Experience from working with supplier software
• Fluent in written and spoken English
