The opportunity
As a member of our Enterprise Risk team, you’ll have the opportunity help clients gain insights into their risk and cybersecurity program and strategy. You will have access to our robust solutions to help companies develop their governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programs, advise clients on managing enterprise/cybersecurity risk, enhancing maturity, and improving efficiency. You will belong to an international connected team of specialists helping our clients with their most complex cybersecurity and risk needs and contributing toward their business resilience.
Your key responsibilities
We are looking for a person who would be part of our risk, cyber transformation and enterprise resilience services, which relate to e.g., GRC technology implementation, risk, cyber and business resiliency process development. You will be part of our teams of professionals and take ownership of our high-quality project deliverables:
Participating client project delivery
Participating in business development and supporting sales of our services.
Identification, analysis and communication of business requirements,
Design, review and implementation of risk management, cybersecurity processes with technology,
Program and project change management support.
Skills and attributes for success
It is important that you can understand the client's challenges, engage in strategic, tactical and operational issues as well as plan and implement changes. We see that you have 3-7 years of relevant experience preferably as a consultant and with industry experience in the cyber security, risk management, driving GRC implementations for clients across automotive, manufacturing, retail, industrial products and/or the public sector.
To qualify for the role, you should have:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree within the fields of e.g. Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or similar
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (verbal and written), English is mandatory.
Excellent team management skills with a relationship-oriented approach
Experience in consulting or similar business function
A curious approach, open to continuous learning and development
Knowledge and experience in GRC and cybersecurity tools
Security and Risk Certifications within e.g. CISSP, CISA, CEH, GRC Tool Certifications – ServiceNow, Archer, MetriStream, OneTrust etc. are beneficial
We also seek experience within the areas below for specific roles:
Prior exposure to Governance, Risk and Compliance principals, processes Organization
Familiarity with the IT Service Delivery Life Cycle and Agile methodology and/or prior experience of technology implementations
Worked with Internal Control & Audit, IT Security, Enterprise Risk, Cyber Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, Business & Operational resiliency
