Poolia Ekonomi AB Presentation We are currently looking for a Nordic Promotional Co-Pack Planner for a full-time consulting assignment with one of our clients. The duration of the assignment is set May to December 2010. You will be stationed at our client's offices in Solna. The role may require travel within Sweden, the Nordic Region and occasionally Europe. Please attach an English CV to your application. Arbetsuppgifter As a Nordic Promotional Co-Pack Planner you will support all in-store and promotional display activity and ensure the timely availability of customized products for all customers. This include following parts: - work with marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal design of all co pack items, e.g. cost, quality, manufacturability, stability during transport, etcetera - drive for standardization of design and material in order to reduce lead-times and maximize supply chain flexibility - translate promotional forecast into a weekly co pack production plan - work with Nordic Supply Planners to ensure timely availability of all component products - manage inventory and replenishment of all packaging materials - track weekly co pack sales to identify where increases or decreases are required in co pack plan to best support sales - select, manage and maintain operational relationship with all co pack suppliers - ensure that all Co Pack suppliers are audited and meet Quality & Regulatory requirements - ensure accuracy and timely update of co packer systems to ensure operational continuity. Furthermore you will work with maintenance of departmental operating procedures (SOP) and will maintain all item master data in ERP systems. Utbildning/erfarenhet You have a degree in economics or equivalent, as well as a couple of years of experience of FMCG planning or production experience. We would like to see that you have either pharmaceutical or food industry experience of supply chain. You also have the ability to do analysis. Experience of BPCS / SAP and supply chain business processes is considered a merit. You are a skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. You can use and understand ERP systems (SAP). This position require knowledge in Swedish and English and it is a plus if you have experience of working in an English-language environment.
