Public 360°
Public 360° is a service line within Tietoevry Industry. Internally we are organized in a functional organization. We operate primarily in the public sector through our main product Public 360° on cloud and on-premises platforms. Our solutions are used by over 700 businesses and 300,000 users. We are operating in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland, with extended operations located in Ostrava and Pune. In total, we are a team of 350 people organized in four functions – Products & Strategy, Technology & Development, Sales and Consulting.

We have an ambition to become the #1 intelligent information management solution and digitalization platform for the public sector in the Nordics. Our mission is that Public 360° is simplifying everyday work in the public sector. We want to be a leading software unit within Tietoevry with a product first identity and focus on recurring revenue.




About the position
We are now looking for a Consulting Manager Public 360° located in Sweden.

Public 360° Consulting is responsible for our consultancy services and business-like implementation projects and other consultancy assignments provided for our customers, including new consultancy services around AI, BI, digitalization services, and process automation. You will oversee a well-functioning team with strong product and advisory competence, accountabilities and responsibilities based on the shared Public 360° role descriptions. Your team consists of approximately 15-20 project managers and solution consultants in the Nordics.




You will be accountable for:
Financial success of defined Public 360° consulting business area in the Nordics.
Renewal and transformation of our consulting offering.
Improved customer satisfaction based on strong consulting advisory, delivery capabilities and understanding of customer needs.
Proactive development and adoption of our common way of working, including success with our global delivery model using our delivery centers in India and the Czech Republic.
Work planning, goal setting, performance monitoring and coaching of team members with the ambition to build a new team identity with increased motivating and engagement. 


You will also be instrumental in the transformation of our consulting business into more value-adding services with a cloud and product first mindset, where we sell our standard product and minimize customizations. You also work as a Delivery Manager and are accountable for a project portfolio.

Please note that you will share the market consulting business responsibility with some of your Nordic colleagues.




To succeed in this role, you need
Experience in managing personnel and business.
Great coaching and communication skills.
Strong IT delivery/delivery management experience.
Ability to develop business processes and service and implement changes in your organization.
To speak Swedish and English fluently.
