Epiroc is looking for a talented and driven Consumer Behavior & e-commerce Analyst to join our Global Market Analysis team.
Job description
You will have a broad range of functional responsibilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners. Through a deep understanding of the business and our broader company context, you will work with our e-commerce platform and team to achieve greater profitability through revenue growth and dynamic pricing optimization.
You will conduct quantitative analytics and mathematical modeling projects based on the Epiroc e-commerce platform and apply Google Analytics to suggest and support strategic and operational decisions and development. Leveraging and translating insights into pricing algorithms is at the heart of what you do. You will also analyze and compile e-commerce sales and performance data into actionable conclusions across multiple and adjacent functional areas.
You will be operating independently but also collaborate in multiple projects at once, maintaining a big-picture mind-set while paying close attention to details. We encourage creativity and having fun at work! This is a new role and you will be able to have great influence in shaping the mission and direction moving forward.
Your profile
You have strong experience from B2C and e-commerce in an international environment and an ability to identify trends and patterns in website sales data. You are able to decipher and analyze large data sets using analytics suites such as Google Analytics, SSRS and Power BI to make effective decisions. You are a fast learner and are energized by setting direction and making things happen. You have strong analytical capabilities and math skills and with a positive and self-starting attitude you are open to change and finding a better way. You have advanced knowledge in Excel, being able to convey your analyses and findings to internal stakeholders and management.
You are eager to take the initiative and consistently exceed expectations. With your strong work ethic and positive attitude, you are a motivated self-starter and is open to contribute where needed in project teams to complete tasks related to e-commerce. You are well organized with the ability to self-prioritize work. We see that you have a degree in Business, Economics or Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience. You have 1+ year experience in data analytics, dynamic pricing, e-commerce or similar position.
Location and travel
The location of this position is to be decided. For the right candidate, we are open to discuss location.The position requires business travel on occasional basis.
