Strengthening and deepening our long-term relationships with them will be increasingly important to our business. We need to interact more frequently and directly with our consumers, providing them with outstanding experiences no matter how, where or when they encounter our brands and offering – in store, through service or online.
We recently introduced Connect360 as an overall framework of how we want to create and maintain meaningful relationships that provide value for consumers whenever they interact with us. These meaningful relationships can start through our B2B partners or through our D2C channels.
As CDI Business Controller you will be a business partner to the CDI leadership team in the journey to interact and create lifetime value for the consumer. You will be a member of the BA (Business Area) Europe Finance and the CDI Leadership Team actively contribute to driving the development of the function in Europe. In this role you will be reporting to VP Consumer Direct Interaction BA Europe.
You will be based at Electrolux HQ in Stockholm at Kungsholmen. Our Headquarters in Stockholm is an amazing and unique place to work and grow! Over 1000 professional and 75+ nationalities shape living for the better every day.
Responsibilities:
· Provide financial leadership, to deliver long-term sustainable profitable growth
· Develop business cases and models to evaluate a direct-to-consumer business.
· Lead and continuously develop the planning process
· Provide monthly and quarterly analysis and take actions aiming to improve business performance and fact-based decision making
· Provide frameworks, guidelines, methods, processes and working methods to support business and connected stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up and compliance
· Be a champion of continuous improvement and Electrolux leadership
· Lead, inspire and empower the team to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop their assignments
Who you are:

· You have the capability to analyse, draw conclusions and act on them with a holistic business understanding to help us navigate the business
Qualifications:
· University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
· More than 10 years of experience from relevant field, i.e., business development and/or business/financial management and reporting from an international company/organisation
· Professional English communication skills
