 This job gives you the unique opportunity to drive the Consumer Experience in a world class company– you will be part of shaping our story from the very first chapter. The CX team mission is to create relationships where consumers fall and stay in love with Volvo Cars. We are designing customer centric experiences where digital, physical and human interactions play in harmony to deliver personal and meaningful relationships. The CX Human Interaction role will be an instrumental part of shaping the experiences through human interactions and conversations – no matter if it’s in person at a retailer, digitally in chats or on the phone.
We are seeking a committed and passionate colleague who challenges the status quo in a traditional industry with inspiration from the CX trail blazers from areas such as hospitality, retail or financial services. In your daily work you will be driving the strategy and guidelines and support training of Volvo's human facing staff.
Furthermore, you develop content and input to the retailer and customer care competence development agenda for CX and communication trainings for retailers. You will lead the strategic plans for internal operational functions that have an impact on human interactions with consumers
We are a flat organization with a go-get-attitude, and we act as a strong team to get things done to enable the business to be successful. We work with speed and engagement in a collaborative manner. You will primarily be supporting the Swedish organization while also supporting the global organization. You will be part of the Global Marketing & Brand Team.

Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in business management, digital marketing, hospitality or equivalent education
* 5+ year experience in a Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service, building a strategy for consumer experience, competence management for consumer-facing staff and and training B2C retailers
* Proven track record of building and maintaining customer-facing content and processes
* Skilled in creating plans for how to build motivation and passion with consumer facing staff in delivering great experiences among
