Are you a marketer in the beginning of your career? Do you have strong project management skills and interest in technology? MultiMind is looking for a Consumer Experience Lead for our client. This is a 12 month consultancy opportunity with good chances for prolongation, starting ASAP.



About our client Our client is a successful international company in the home electronics industry and is known all over the world. The company is in the forefront of the digital revolution and is a world leader with its innovatively designed products.



The role: The overall purpose of the role is to:

Increase Brand Desire
Increase Premium Market value share
Key drivers for website, Social Media, Event and/or CRM
In this role, you will support development and execute key activities of the Nordic Marketing Activity Plan for product launches for home and kitchen products across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will also be involved in the development and maintenance of Nordic Social Media and CRM calendar together with customer marketing manager.

You will be working together with agencies; deploying and maintaining Discover pages, product pages and traffic drivers on the company webiste; pushing effective Social Media posts; leading CRM newsletter production and delivery; and project-managing consumer events. Furthermore, follow up and evaluate activities on website, Social Media, CRM and events on a regular basis. Especially via digital KPI dashboards provided by digital platform colleagues



Your profile Excellent communications skills in at least one Nordic language as well as English
University degree, preferably with a major in Marketing
Analytical skills – including for turning digital marketing statistics into simple, effective and actionable guidance
Experience from managing the digital consumer experience is merited
Application/IT skills – Adobe Photoshop/Dreamweaver, experienced in CMS- platforms, SEO/SEM and basic HTML coding are strong merits
Independent and self-managing – identifying and proposing solutions to challenges/opportunities
Experience of briefing/managing creative agencies and executing digital consumer campaigns are merits
