We are looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst to play a key role in building the team’s insights and analytics capabilities. In this role, you will analyze data from various sources, synthesize it to draw meaningful conclusions, and present these insights in a compelling way to drive business impact.
Working with global and cross-functional teams, you will have the unique opportunity to dive into different sources of data, including both quantitative and qualitative data as well as trend material. This role requires a strong passion for understanding and explaining behavior, the ability to synthesize information from different sources, and a deep curiosity to uncover the stories hidden within this material.
You will be part of the Consumer Insights & Analytics team that collaborates with stakeholders across the entire organization to ensure that we are on top of how consumers live their lives and what’s important to them.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into research and data needs
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (quantitative data, customer data, qualitative data, desk research, and trend) to gain a deeper understanding, identify patterns, and insights
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to draw meaningful conclusions and build clear business implications
- Communicate and present insights and findings in an engaging, clear, and concise manner to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss and act on the insights, including determining how to implement recommendations based on findings

You have a passion for insights, analytics, and market research and are driven by making an impact. You thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment, possess a curious and inquisitive nature toward human behavior, and have the ability to work seamlessly with a diverse set of stakeholders across the business. Having a cooperative mind set aimed at adding value to Zound’s culture will be fundamental. Most importantly, you have a curious and passionate mindset toward understanding consumer behavior and uncovering valuable insights and business opportunities
You probably have the following experiences & skills
- 1-3 years of experience working with insights within marketing, customer experience, business development, sales, or innovation
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business and insight analysis
- Proven track record in turning data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Proven track record and experience working with quantitative data/research methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
- Strong collaborator who works well with others
- Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in consulting, guiding, and helping stakeholders interpret data and insights and apply them to their field
