Job Description
Your mission is to develop a Global Centre of Excellence for Consumer and Brand Insights, leading our insights and research capabilities that will support strategies across the company. You will be responsible for identifying the most impactful areas of research and analysis for our brand and business strategies, transforming our way of working, and introducing new tools and capabilities. You will lead the Insight community across the company and the team within Brand development.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Shape the research and insight agenda around the brand strategy, through a clear consumer profile and brand target, as well as perspective around our brand health.
Introduce and secure a modern and data-driven methodology for the insights team. Act as a centre of excellence for the qualitative and quantitative research methodology.
Extract insights from data synthesis to identify future strategies & opportunities.
Build holistic understanding of brand consumers, what they care about, and how to drive impact, while also providing a window into the next generation of aspirational future consumers
Serve as the voice and visionary for our consumer, ensuring consumer insights serves as the foundation for key strategic decisions across brand functions.
Develop research plans connected to consumer needs, trends and market whitespace, driving distinction and relevance.
Responsible for own projects when required.
Lead the insight team, recruit and build capabilities to secure that our insights are methodologies are future fit.
Qualifications

You have an analytical mindset and business understanding. You are passionate about creating an insight lead business and culture, curious and used to working strategically as well as hands-on.
We also see that you have:
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field, and equivalent professional work experience.
Extensive experience in consumer insights and market research, including leading and developing high-performing teams, working with international brands and/or top-tier branding/marketing/advertising agencies.
Experience in transforming insights into effective strategies for business growth and lasting impact. Proficient in advanced research techniques, digital engagement, and modern market research methodologies, such as behavior science, social listening, and transactional data.
Expertise in a wide range of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including, but not limited to: Consumer Segmentation, Consumer Journey Mapping, Brand Target Identification and Positioning, Brand Health Tracking, innovation Insights, and industry intelligence.
Additional information
This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible and is based on-site in our Head Offices in Stockholm.
