Within Help & Support, we are now recruiting for a Consumer Journey Manager.
You'll be responsible for things like:
Consumer experiences must be designed, maintained, and ensured to be connected end-to-end, spanning firm business processes and consumer channels.
Identify and collect important information and insights (consumer, business, technology, etc.) to help with the design and prioritisation of actions that will improve the customer experience.
Together with commercial areas, manage expectations and prioritise enhancements to current experiences and goods.
Competencies
5+ years of related experience (customer experience, product/program management, business development)
Design thinking approaches and tools (consumer journeys, behavioural segmentation, impact map, validation / prototyping, workshop facilitation, etc.) have a proven track record of success.
Building high-performing teams is a proven track record.
Experience managing cross-functional, multinational, and complicated customer experience initiatives
Organizational complexity and globalisation
Outstanding communicator
Bachelor of Business, Consumer Experience, Retail, Service Design, and Fluent in Business English.
Duration: 6 months + extension
Location: ( Göteborg )/Remote
