Consumer Marketing Manager
In this role, you have the opportunity to
become part of the Philips Nordics marketing team as a Consumer Marketing Manager within one of the key focus businesses within the Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will get the exciting opportunity to drive market and market share growth across all Nordic markets with key Philips product innovations – among which the exciting OneBlade proposition, with all the business management and marketing activation challenges this entails!
You are responsible for
· Craft and own the local marketing strategy and annual business planning cycles
· Manage and be accountable for the Nordic sales and profitability of the category
· Build and manage a locally relevant product portfolio, including leading the market introduction process for the category to the Nordic market
· In close cooperation with the local and European activation teams, devise and ensure the execution of the Nordic marketing activation plan towards our consumers across all touchpoints and stages of the consumer decision journey
· Act as a primary local contact for the Male Grooming category in the Nordics towards the local sales, shopper marketing and functional teams, as well as the European team
You are a part of
the Nordics marketing team within the European Philips organization, where you will be working on a daily basis in a multi-functional environment within a matrix organization. Your main Nordic stakeholders will be the Nordic digital and shopper marketing activation teams and Key Account Managers (for local and Nordic clients). You will also work closely with Demand Planner and Finance department for operational business management. You will serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding the Male Grooming category in the Nordics.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
· Business degree
· Experience in marketing management (either category, product or trade marketing) and/or business development from similar roles, alternatively from management consultancy
· Professional hands-on knowledge of marketing strategy and planning, ability to understand and manage a full Profit & Loss account and strong understanding and passion for consumer motivations and insights
· Excellent fluency in written/spoken English; fluency in a Nordic language is a requirement
· Strong analytical skills, ability and willingness to collate and synthesize data into actionable insights
· Holistic conceptual thinking and a passion and pride of representing and “owning” a product category end-to-end in the Nordic market
· A driven, solution-oriented candidate, who is a quick decision-maker and an excellent project manager, able to organize and motivate a multi-functional team
· An outgoing personality who enjoys being the spider-in-the-net, is persuasive in communication and has excellent presentation skills
