We are looking for our next star to join our CRM Marketing team in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a Consumer Segmentation Analyst you will play an important role in the development of CRM Marketing Automation and developing our global consumer communication.

Profile
• This role is hands on – performing the job in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing cloud
• Data driven and highly analytical
• Experience from Salesforce Service cloud/ Sales cloud and Salesforce Marketing cloud, Datorama, DMP and Excel
• We see that you are process-focused, with an eye for detail and a good technical understanding.
• You have a solid understanding of market activities, you can multi-task, and you’re hands-on.
• A team player, someone who genuinely enjoys collaboration and working with others.
Experience
• SQL –query to retrieve data for reporting and segmenting
• Experience using analytical tools, such as SAS, SPSS, R or similar
Responsibilities
• Support Polestar markets with detailed data requests and segmentation
• Support Polestar customer support team with data requests
• Establish core CRM reports using Salesforce data
• Create segments.
• Build data extension in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Able to provide analytics and performance to ensure all sales and marketing activities are trackable and measurable.
• Ability to take the lead in optimizing campaign quality and suggesting technical enhancements to improve performance.
• Analyse consumer lifecycle, lifetime value and continuously analyse consumer behaviour
• Design, specify and produce reports and dashboards to track and follow up on consumer behaviour / segments.
• Combining data from different sources, e.g. internal CRM system and Google Analytics, to improve understanding of the consumer.
• Advise on statistical test design to maximize likelihood of significance and validity of results
• Define KPIs, create reporting, analyse campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
• Work closely with CRM Manager & Marketing Cloud Owner to e.g. examine customer segments, perform churn analysis, evaluate effect of different campaigns, etc.
• Develop and present new insights and recommendations to enhance existing CRM initiatives
• Maintain a direct relationship with the CX insights & analytics department to stay up to date on consumer models.
• Support the CRM team with reports and analysis.
