Consumer Service - Swedish + Finnish Speaking

Job Description: You will work within the Nordic Consumer Service team of our Consumer Product Division with brands like Persil, WC-Duck, Schwarzkopf and Barnängen. You will respond to consumer questions via telephone, letters and e-mails. You will give the consumers advice and solve product related issues in close contact with other departments like marketing, technical or sales. You will register all contacts in our database and maintain its master data. You will produce bi-monthly statistical reports. In the team you will constantly develop the routines and processes in order to improve quality of services. You will act as a coordinator in the development of texts for product packaging. Required Education: You have an upper seconadry school and relevant post eduation. You are fluent in Swedish, Finnish and have a good English level with understanding of Norwegian. Work Experience: You have experience from a service function eg. customer service and good knowledge in the MS Office package. Personality: You are service minded, flexible, take initiatives and have the ability to work without supervision. You are good in communicate with people and you are a problem solver. You have a sense for quality, accuaracy and constant improvement. Location: Stockholm with the ability to travel.
