As a Content & Paid Acquisition Manager, you're not just a part of our team; you're at the forefront of our journey. You have a unique opportunity to make a profound impact on our success.

What You'll Do:

Content Mastery: Develop and implement content strategies focused on On-Page SEO and Email Marketing to attract and convert target audiences into loyal members and leads.

Campaign Leadership: Design, launch, and manage successful paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive member acquisition and lead generation.

Performance Tuning: Continuously optimize campaign performance through adjustments in bidding, targeting, and creatives.

Insightful A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting approaches to inform data-driven marketing strategies across channels.

Collaborative Content Creation: Partner with marketing automation specialists to craft compelling email content that inspires action.

Strategic Paid Channels: Develop and execute paid channel strategies, including PPC, display, and social media, to attract high-quality traffic in line with business objectives.


You'll report directly to the Group CMO, ensuring your achievements are consistently recognized and celebrated.

Content Strategy Expertise: The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of creating and implementing successful content strategies.

Paid Channel Mastery: Prospective candidates should excel in developing and managing paid channel strategies across PPC, display, social media, and sponsored content, targeting traffic that aligns with business goals.

Outcome-Oriented: A focus on measurable results is essential; the successful candidate will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding KPIs and business objectives, continually seeking optimization.

Collaborative Communication: Strong teamwork skills are vital, particularly in partnering with marketing automation specialists, our Nordic SEO Lead, and cross-functional teams. The candidate must be adept at crafting actionable email content and articulating email strategy effectively.

Adaptive Tech Skills: Given the ever-evolving digital marketing sphere, a willingness to adapt and upskill—especially in the area of emerging AI technologies—is critical for sustained success.

Execution-Focused: The candidate must be a proactive "doer," capable of independently bringing strategies to completion while meeting or exceeding established targets.
