Adecco Telecom Professionals delivers qualified staff to the international telecom companies in Lund.We are now looking for a Content Coordinator.Assignment description The Content Coordinator's primary role is to manage and co-ordinate content deliveries into projects and channels.The Content Coordinator has the responsibility to: * Manage content deliveries.Create content description and ensure revisions by Content Planning and Content and Customizations (C&C).Keep the content description in sync with the content package.Deliver content packages together with correct content description.Test and verify the fixes before it gets delivered to C&C.* Call for and chair the weekly Content Delivery Sync with the Content Planners all over the world.Goal is to sync the timelines and deliveries and DMS issues with Content Planners.* Call for and chair Content Sync weekly meetings with CP/C&C.Be the main interface toward Content & Customizations.Sync the delivery timeline set by Content Planners with C&C & CDC throughout the products' lifecycles.Further sync the fixes on the DMS issues during the weekly meetings.* Handle/supervise DMS issues.Assign/Create DMS issues to Content Planners and keep the database updated with notes.Re-assign issues not handled by Content Planning.* Manage prototypes.Register all prototypes for Content Planning, keep the prototype database updated.Send prototypes to providers together with prototype agreements.Flash prototypes and have a general knowledge on the SW updates in the different Heart-Beats.* Be the main interface towards Content Management.Have bi-weekly meeting with this team to coordinate the free content delivery.* Manage ContentNow.Create delivery structure and keep the projects/models updated with official names and picture.* Be the main interface towards UI Localization.Coordinate the timeline for all projects and add labels into for all products.Competence * BA/BS degree in a related field * Must have strong communication skills and a costumer focused mindset * Flexible and open to change * Team player * Quality focused * The ability to handle different information at the same time and to keep deadlines * Very experienced computer user * Experience of working with user interface and graphics is beneficial but not necessary * Fluency in English, written as well spoken Adecco Telecom Professionals offer a long-term plan for you to continue developing as a consultant at Adecco.You will be hired out from Adecco but work as a consultant within other companies.To work as a consultant at Adecco you need to be positive, flexible, responsible and be interested to work within different kinds of companies.Välkommen att skicka in din ansökan så snart som möjligt.Rekryteringsarbetet kommer att ske löpande.Ansök här!
