Content Designer

We are looking for a Content Designer for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP!


We are looking for a creative, skilled and detail-obsessed content designer to join as an essential member of the Marketing team. You will be part of a small, tight-knit team that communicates the company’s growing offering through various marketing activities and initiatives. You will be instrumental to the development of the company's brand, creative production and marketing campaigns at an exciting time where we are scaling up on all fronts.

In this role you will:
Create assets with the Marketing team and external agencies for use across email, social media, website, video, PR and events. You will contribute by transforming written content to compelling visual and video content, from keynote presentations and product specs to webpages (WordPress) and newsletters.
Execute effective, high-impact campaigns, working alongside the Marketing team and agencies.
Follow and help to develop our brand guidelines (graphic elements, templates, color palette, photography, etc.), keeping our visual identity fresh and bold.

Who are you?

We believe that you bring:
3-6 years as a Content/ Graphic Designer, preferably with an agency or technology background.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro.
Experience and comfort in transforming complex concepts and ideas into easily digestible messages through the means of layout and visualizations, using various mediums and tools (PowerPoint, InDesign/Illustrator/Figma/Sketch, Web, etc).
Extensive experience in a major CMS (such as WordPress) and preferably some experience with HTML/CSS.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a foundation of design principles, as well as creativity and versatility across digital channels.
Excellent communication skills, in English, with the ability to tailor your message to relevant target audiences.


Also very nice if you bring:
Photography skills.
Video editing skills.
Animation skills using tools like Adobe AE or Principle.

This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Gothenburg, 1 year contract with possibility for extension. Please note starting date is ASAP!
