Service Concepts is a new unit within Volvo Cars Service Business, Service Operations & Technology. We are responsible for our Service providers processes and service formats. For example, we own and implement the Customer Service Process, the Volvo Personal Service concept and the Damage repair concepts. We develop new service formats that will optimize the way we service and repair our consumers cars. We drive digitalization of our Customer Service Process and our service and repair processes. Now we need a new colleague to our team.

Your mission,
As Content Developer Damage Repair you will work in the Service Concepts Art. The role resides within the Development and Content team, where we develop solutions and content such as presentation material, tools lists, creating and maintaining global standards etc. visualized in the Dealer Development Portal to support market implementations and launch.
Your contribution will be core knowledge and to support the team in successful creation of content for Damage Repair. Some of your exiciting work will be:

* Develop programs and effective work processes for Damage Repair
* Create and update standards and support implementation material
* Set implementation targets
* Support and act as a Subject Matter Expert for Damage Repair solutions in dialogues with Sales companies and retailers
* Collect new ideas from implementations and ensure that these are handled in an improvement process for our provided programs
* Collaborate with external service providers
* Maintain and develop current program and initiatives
* Benchmarking global trends in Damage Repair business to ensure Best Practice

Key requirements.

* BSc in Engineering or Business administration or equivalent, alternatively several years of relevant experience within the damage repair area.
* Experience within damage repair area.
* You also have great knowledge and understanding of damage repair management.
* Solid skills of written and spoken English (Swedish in not required)
* Swedish driver’s license B
* Excellent skills in PowerPoint or similar presentation programs.


Experience from agile work is meritorious.
