Volvo Cars Service Business (VCSB) has a purpose to enable hassle free car ownership and create customer loyalty by high quality and efficient service operations. Our ambition is to be the preferred supplier for service and parts to our retailers and customers.
Service Concepts is a new unit within Volvo Cars Service Business, Service Operations & Technology. We are responsible for our Service providers processes and service formats. For example, we own and implement the Customer Service Process, the Volvo Personal Service concept and the Damage repair concepts and methods. We develop new service formats that will optimize the way we service and repair our consumers cars. We drive digitalization of our Customer Service Process and our service and repair processes. We are now looking for a new colleague as a Content Developer.   
Your mission
As Content Developer Service Concepts, you will work in the Development & Content team, developing content for our concept’s Volvo Personal Service, Damage Repair Concept, Mobile Service, Satellites to name a few.  
The Concept team develops solutions, and the Content team produces content such as presentation material, process descriptions, layout, and tools lists, creating and maintaining global standards etc. visualized in the Dealer Development Portal to support market implementations and launch.
Your contribution will be core knowledge of our concepts and to support the team in successful content creation of those, towards our main target groups which are retailer staff, such workshop personnel, but also Sales companies and internal stakeholders.

Some of the things you will do:
* Develop programs and effective work processes for our concepts
* Create and update standards and support implementation material
* Set implementation targets
* Support and act as a Subject Matter Expert for our solutions in dialogues with Sales companies and retailers
* Collect new ideas from implementations and ensure that these are handled in an improvement process for our provided programs
* Collaborate with external service providers
* Maintain and develop current program and initiatives
* Benchmarking global trends in service and repair processes to ensure Best Practice


Your skills and potential

You are structured and good at planning and a person that enjoys taking own initiatives and driving continuous improvements.

Key requirements:
* BSc in Engineering or Business administration or equivalent, alternatively several years of relevant experience within the Automotive Service providers processes and service formats area
* Experience within the workshop area
* You also have great knowledge and understanding of damage repair management
* Solid skills of written and spoken English (Swedish is not required)
* Swedish driver’s license B
* Excellent skills in PowerPoint or similar presentation programs

Experience from agile work is meritorious.

Where you'll be
You'll work in a hybrid setting at our headquaters in Torslanda, Gothenburg.
