This role will suit someone who is used to working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment as change is constant!
Your Focus

Partnering with Brand & Marketing and our Engineering squads to ensuring content, SEO optimisation is joined-up and we can execute an effective content marketing plan.
Creating eye-catching content by combining a clear message (or "call to action") with engaging visual images and illustrations.
Writing and editing our content and communication, supporting others in the wider business with editing and reviewing as necessary.
Aligning with our internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure everything we share is on-brand and consistent across all touchpoints.
Upskilling and helping others learn from your expertise and how to communicate in our tone of voice.
Analysing competitor content, messaging, and distribution tactics - sharing your recommendations and any risks we need to be aware of.
Identifying target audiences and their key demographics, interests, and online behaviour.
Proactively keeping on top of trends in content, so we understand how we can innovate our approach and engage new customers - plus keep high retention for our existing customers.
Identifying last-minute, real-time marketing opportunities.
Supporting the global Brand & Marketing team with other ad-hoc projects, such as events.

What Leads to Success
Here are a few of the skills we are looking for in this position. Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box as it’s important for us to support you in your role and help you to develop along the way:

You're led by data and you're comfortable decisions based on the Insight It gives you.
You embrace a start-up environment where a pragmatic, and sometimes ‘scrappy’, approach is required rather than a perfectionist approach.
Your colleagues say that you take the initiative without too much support.
Quality is second nature to you - you take pride in attention to detail.
You build collaborative relationships across the business - you make change happen by working well with others.
You're curious and want to learn (and share this knowledge with your team.)

What's Important
You'll already have some experience from within a social media, content, editorial or marketing role.
You have experience in planning and create engaging content for a business like ours.
You'll be fluent in both English and Swedish - written and verbal.
You have connections and can easily source photography and illustrations to accompany written content.
Ideally, you'll have experience of a start-up or scale-up environment like ours.
