Social Eatertainment Group is on an exciting journey to become the number one eatertainment company in Europe combing food, drinks with sports and activities in a social setting. Today we have approximately 140 venues across the world in our own operations and together with franchisees. Our largest brands are O’Learys, Harrys and our newest addition Sing Sing Karaoke, and we aim to have more than 400 venues in 2025!
We are looking for our next star team player who loves to create engaging content and storytelling on social media as Content Manager. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and passionate person who will work with all our brands on all markets and be part of our exciting journey.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content plans and strategies for each brand according to annually marketing plan together with Marketing Manager.
- Create content (copy & design) based on your creativity that are optimized for social media and if needed also digital ads, newsletters, prints etc.
- Schedule and publish posts.
- Produce images and videos optimized for social media - sometimes with the help of a production team but mostly it will be you visiting one of our venues and producing engaging videos/taking photos. Given that we work with eatertainment, the content could consist of photos and videos of everything from food, drinks, people socializing and related to several of the activities we offer such as karaoke, bowling, mini-golf and sports.
- Develop do-and-don’ts and share best practices with our franchisees to use in their local marketing for social media.
- Help our franchisees to grow on social media and get more guests and increase bookings through their social media channels.
- Create, upload, and maintain relevant material in our Marketing Portal for our venues to use.
- Answer messages and comments made on social media on our central brand pages.
We are data driven and expect you to be curious about our guest and target group and enjoy measuring and analyze the effects of our content and communication to develop the best digital content and develop how we should communicate for best result. The role is hands-on and includes supporting our own team and franchisees with information, webinars and reports regarding social media and trends. The role also involves managing projects and being part of project teams related to digital marketing as well as other areas. As part of the Marketing Team your work tasks may vary and you will also help other marketing functions with for example webpage, marketing portal, printed material etc.
Desired experiences and skills:
- You preferably have at least 1-2 years’ experience from managing social media/content management or similar experience from either working on an international company or an agency or equivalent.
- Love creating content (producing copy, taking photos, recording, and editing videos) and posting engaging social media content
- Interested in measuring the effects of our content strategy learning from our insights through for example Google Analytics, analyzing social media KPIs, Facebook Business Manager etc.
- Good knowledge in social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Adobe Creative Suites (for example inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/Rush). Bonus if you also have experience in social media systems like PinMeTo, AreTheyHappy, Falcon etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented way of working.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and an ability to simplify.
- Fluency in Swedish and English required. Other languages are a plus.
