About the role:
As Content Manager for the Talentech Group, you will be responsible for our content strategy and will take the lead in coordinating, producing, and developing our content. You will have help from colleagues who contribute content in different areas, but you will also lead by example by producing high-value material yourself.
In this principal role, you will work within the central marketing team but also closely with the local marketing teams and product specialists in our various country hubs.
Your first task will be to work with these teams to build a content strategy that pulls together the threads of 5 distinctive products into a cohesive narrative under the Talentech umbrella.
By content, we mean everything from copy to video - anything that creates interest and engages our audience across Talentech’s different channels.
At Talentech, sales and marketing work closely together to create business opportunities - in strategy, systems, and everyday work. We are therefore looking for a business-minded individual who can deliver customer value through data-informed decision making and excellent content creation.
The central marketing team is located in our Stockholm hub, but it is possible to work from any of the group’s offices.
About the team
You belong to the Central Marketing Team, reporting to our CMO. We are currently responsible for Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and PR & Corporate Communications.

What you will do
• You will use your high-level writing and storytelling skills to create content in various formats like whitepapers, guides, webinars, videos, social media, etc.
• You will leverage your planning skills to coordinate our full content calendar, bringing together the different products and countries into a cohesive whole.
• You will design, implement, and constantly improve our content strategy in close collaboration with our CMO and central marketing team.
• You will set the tone of voice across all communication channels and coach your colleagues to follow these guidelines.
• Your combined skill set will not only help us increase both the quantity and quality of our leads, but also establish Talentech as a thought leader within the HR tech landscape.
• You will work closely with other teams and our customers to better understand our target audience and develop new strategies to communicate with them
Who we think you are:
• We think you are a content marketing professional that likes to inspire our customers, put your mark on our organization, and succeed as a team.
• You have extensive experience working with content marketing and have a passion for building great stories.
• You have experience in designing and implementing content strategies as well as establishing tone of voice and managing omnichannel communication.
• You have excellent copywriting skills and are fluent in English (speaking a Nordic language is not a prerequisite but a plus).
• You have proven project leadership skills, are confident leading a team, and understand the value of a consensus-driven approach that balances speed and efficiency.
• You bring a start-up mindset and enjoys getting things done.
• You can handle simple design tasks with ease and are competent with the full Adobe Suite, WordPress, PowerPoint, etc.
• You are skilled in writing compelling stories, optimized for SEO.
Bonus: Experience within B2B SaaS. Experience within the HR-tech industry. Experience with creating video content.
