Arbetsbeskrivning
We are looking for you who have experience in digital copywriting, conversion optimization and how to build a well-functioning and attractive website. You are welcome to have experience of writing microcopy. In your role, you will work proactively to identify and create editorial content with business value and customer value in focus. Your job will be to improve the customer experience with the help of content and work agile with other specialists in teams.
Competence requirements
To succeed in the role, we see that you need:
have many years of experience in digital copywriting and / or UX writing (experience of low-interest products and content work in apps is an advantage, but no requirement)
be a good writer with experience of working in both Swedish and English
have relevant training in communication or digital media
have experience of working in complex CMS (SDL Tridion is a merit, but no requirement)
have a habit of using quantitative and qualitative data to discover opportunities to improve flow and conversion (experience in Google Analytics is an advantage)
be skilled at communicating and visualizing your ideas
have a good understanding of the design process, usability, and UX "best practices".
Duration: 6 months + extension
