Do you want to play a central role in our client´s exciting and transformational journey to become the most data-driven bank in the world? Our client is now seeking a proactive and curious individual for the role as a Content Manager. This is a 3-month consulting assignment starting at the end of August.

The Bank - We are an IT company with a banking license

The banking sector is undergoing fundamental change with digitalization, new technology and regulatory framework that is continuously transforming our business. As the financial landscape is changing, the bank in Arenastaden is shifting from business-driven IT, to an IT-driven business. The IT-development is run in shorter sprints using agile ways of working, ensuring fast delivery and value in line with customer and business needs. About the role/assignment:

As a Content Manager in Digital Sales & Service, you will be part of a cross-functional team. The team´s focus is on optimizing our client´s prioritized customer journeys, and your task as a Content Manager will be to create and publish content based on insights into customer behavior and needs, with the aim of increasing our client´s digital sales or improving the digital self-service capabilities.

Skills/Experience required:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Relevant higher education in fields such as journalism, communication, or behavioral sciences.
• Proficiency in understanding the impact of editorial SEO and optimizing product and page content for the intended purpose.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or equivalent analytical tools to track and optimize content.
• Experience with EPI/Optimizely.
• Experience with A/B testing and working based on hypotheses.
• As a person, you are confident, positive, and curious. You have a knack for building good relationships and approach situations in a responsible and solution-oriented manner. You have the ability to work independently but also appreciate the support you can provide and receive within the larger team context.

Language requirement:

Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish at a high level.
