About the role
As our new Content Manager, you will use your exceptional networking and relationship-building skills to learn about new and interesting achievements and initiatives at SSE to create high-quality news. In this newly formed role, you will be encouraged to take the initiative, develop new ways of working and take ownership of your processes. Here is a selection of your areas of responsibilities:

- Monitoring external news and identifying hot topics
- Identifying internal interesting initiatives and activities
- The whole news-creating process, from idea to published news bites
- Day-to-day contact person for media relations

As if this role wasn't highly interesting already! As our new Content Manager, you will be a part of SSE's largest unit called External Relations, a consolidation of five sub-departments.
