HemoCue is looking for a content marketing manager to join our growing team to develop and execute our content marketing strategy. This role is critical for the growth of customer awareness, our brand, company positioning as well as leads, sales pipeline, and revenue goals. We are looking for an excellent copywriter, with experience from the diagnostic/medical device industry. He or she should be able to transform sometimes complex community jargon into the language that our customers use including layman terms. You will be working with all aspects of marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing including social media.

The job

Work with sales and product teams to plan and deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives Produce sharable, written content in short and long form (e.g. blog posts, emails, application notes, case studies, etc.) for all segments and products for marketing with a strong focus on digital distribution Ensure that all content created is optimized for SEO Manage HemoCue social media channels as a distribution channel Act as Global Project Manager that leads and manage implementation of the HemoCue content strategy globally Work with team members, contractors, and/or agencies to manage content creation as needed Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
Qualifications

5+ years of experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience 3+ years from working with the pharma/diagnostic/medical device industry Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it Ability to analyze and present content and social performance Experience with Google analytics and the top social channels Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
SiteCore experience is a major advantage. Experience from adwords campaigns or similar, DOMO and Moz are also advantages.

Travel activity of 5% is to be expected.
